A very cozy and beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The view from the window is enchanting — the magical beauty of the mountains is breathtaking. Featuring a bar, garden and views of mountain, 103 Alpine Hotel is located in Panichishte, 3.4 km from Seven Rila Lakes Lift. Good location, 10 mins drive to Seven Rila Lakes Chairlift station and right opposite a beautiful forest. Our experience with both the front desk and restaurant staff are great. Breakfast is varied and lots to offer. We asked for lower floor to minimize lugging of bags upstairs since there’s no elevator. The view from the room is still fantastic despite the lower floor. Room is clean and more spacious than expected.

This is our second time using Semiramida Gardens. This time using their other apartment. All is as shown on the images. Great value for the money we pay. This review is done in summer times, so no idea on winter how things would be. It was super kind of the owner to prepare some crayons and drawing boards for our kid. there is a near by kids playground.

Aleksander and his wife were excellent, picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the apartment where they helped us get in. Their local knowledge was fantastic and they helped us organise ski lessons and rental. Aleksander was always on hand to help with any questions we had, truly, a fantastic host. The apartment was clean, warm, homely and safe. The facilities were excellent and we had a brilliant stay.

I loved everything about this hotel - starting from the design, the staff, the restaurant, everything was very nice. It seemed like I am the only guest during the first night (Thursday), so I got all the attention and experienced the best hospitality I had ever experienced. The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast, although they could improve their dessert menu.
