The unit is amazing. Wonderfully large deck with great views. Perfect location, and the room was just as described. Nothing compares to Bee, though. What a wonderful and sweet person to be greeted and supported by during our stay. If you need anything, Bee truly wants to be part of your solution. I fell ill the last couple of days, and he reached out to me while I was in another town to make sure I was doing well. Stand up, guy. This hotel is beautiful, it was our favourite hotel we stayed out throughout our Vietnam trip, can’t fault it! The breakfast was exceptional with so much choice. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you’d need. The rooms are very spacious and modern- from the pictures online I hadn’t expected it to be as nice as it was! Lovely balcony area too to be able to sit and enjoy anyway drink on at the end of the day. The pool was faultless, lots of sunbeds available and plenty of food and drink options. The pool bar is great to sit at to watch the sunset- sunsets in Phu Quoc are stunning! We didn’t eat other meals at the hotel other than breakfast as ate out, It’s a great location, definitely visit Bittersweet cocktail bar over the road!
