Staff were lovely albeit a bit curt with us when we followed up on our washing. We were advised by one staff that it was be available that same day. But when we chased up on it later that day, another staff said it was not possible and it would be available the next day (we were leaving the next day so of course concerned about our belongings). The breakfast buffet was good. Lots of options to pick from.

Convenient location- just a short flat walk to the bus station and close to the supermarket and cafes. It’s an easy flat walk to the old town and the castle as well. The apartment was modern, well equipped and clean. The coffee machine and dishwasher were lovely touches. It was also great to have a washing machine and hanging racks. We would highly recommend this apartment. We would also recommend the Saraj restaurant across the road- especially their pies and baklava.
