It was one of best hotels in Makkah especially if you are travelling from within KSA via your own car. You will find plenty of parking places around the hotel. Their customer service was top notch and shuttle service was available round the clock.

Situated in Makkah, 8.8 km from Hira Cave, Kenana Al Aziziah Hotel by Orvana features views of the city. The 1-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Clean and our expectations. Only downside was that it is a little further away from the Haram than I thought. Would’ve been nice if they offered a shuttle bus. Would’ve paid for it too.

The property is amazing well taken care, when you walk in with tiring day it’s a fresh breeze to walk in , I was checked in by Sherin who was super lovely agent, very polite and kind and made sure my all needs were verified, even she had queue but she made sure to pass me the smile that shows that she care about the guest who is in queue, not everyone has this style so big shout out for making my stay great and giving me a great room, the location is great C1 elevator takes your straight to super market , I met amazing staff from In room dining he was from Pakistan I can’t recall the name but he served me breakfast (he is from Peshwar) such a great man he served my breakfast just the way I like.
