This is one of the best customer focused experiences I have ever encountered. With a total capacity of 122 rooms and apartments (244 beds), IAKI Conference & Spa Hotel offers a variety of accommodation options, designed to ensure an exceptional stay. Our room was upgraded due to noise and the apartment was very nice. The whole stay was excellent and the staff (reception and restaurant area) was exceptionally well-trained, welcoming and accomodating. Really worth going back there for the amazing service! The dry saunas are a bit small but very good. The spa area is good as well, we do recommend it! The restaurant food is also very good!
