Not usually somewhere we would stay. It was refreshing to have some western amenities, gym/pool/sauna. Amazing room with a view and the breakfast buffet was awesome, some great local food variety and an omelette / waffle station. The hotel is new, location is close to the batit fort though be prepared for some hills if you are on foot.

One late-night emergency had us needing something urgently from the city, and despite being short-staffed, the management didn’t hesitate to help, even arranging personal transport. That level of care is rare in our country to be honest The location? Simply unbeatable. Waking up to panoramic views of Rakaposhi, the glowing valley, and surrounding mountains was surreal. The ambiance of the resort is artistically curated, with every corner thoughtfully decorated and barcodes linking to artist stories — a beautiful touch. The rooms are ultra-modern and tech-forward, equipped with Google Home voice assistants in every room — a first for any hotel in Pakistan! To top it all off, this is the first place I’ve stayed that truly offers value for money in a tourist hotspot like Hunza, where most 4-star hotels tend to overcharge. With mountain views, Rakaposhi Amin Hotel & Restaurant Pissan Hunza Nagar Gilgit Baltistan is located in Gilgit and has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. I really enjoyed my stay. I came partially to write and partially to travel in Hunza. I've chosen this place because it's garden and village area and I got what I wanted. Pisan is extremely calm and safe and the Amin family invested in fast internet, among the best in the area. Therefore the location is great for digital nomads (disturbed only by passing cows) and families, whose children can run around while you can sip your tea. Abid, the owner, is a great cook and he will cook whatever you ask him to (I hate spices and he made for me food that had to be entirely tasteless for a Pakistani, but great for me :) ). Behind the hotel start several trails - I walked up to the Pisan glacier and it was wonderful. And last but not least, Abid and Asif are great hosts, friendly, respectful, and nice people who took great care of me. Thank you guys!

Providing garden views, Pacific Guest House Skardu in Skardu features accommodation, a garden and barbecue facilities. Everything about this guest house is amazing from the location of the guest house it is near in Mathal Buddah Rock and has a very good mountain view from your windows to the balcony and from the rooftop. And regarding to the price it is very cheap almost unreasonable for a very good and quality room with hot water in the shower 👏. The building is surrounded by beautiful flowers and fruit bearing trees. And lastly special recognition and thankful for Siraj the host of the guest house. He was really kind and caring for his guest from the airport he can pick you up and you don't need to worry about your itinerary because he can arrange everything. Hotel Dewanekhas Skardu has free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Skardu. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers free shuttle service and room service. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience when exploring Skardu town; however, the owner here was so caring. He helped me book a bus to Gilgit and took me to his another hostel which has a terrace with a stunning view. Hot shower worked. Highly recommended
