This hotel from 1820 is located just off the E6 Motorway, 2 km north of Dovre town centre. It offers an on-site café, free Wi-Fi access and wooden-furnished rooms with a seating area. Fabulous place to stay on our way north. Comfortable beds, nice and warm and great views. The camp kitchen had everything you needed to self cater. Breakfast was lovely and so were the staff. Had a lovely chat over coffee. Will definitely be back.

Roste Hyttetun og Camping is situated in Os and offers a shared lounge. There is a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay. The host was really sweet and helped us with the checkin and directions. She made our stay really smooth. The location of the campsite is wow. Near to popular tourist destination Roros but still peaceful and quite. We had amazing stay in the wonderful cabin. The home was well equipped and amazing for a 4 people. We were able to witness snowfall in may end at this place. The property was exceptionally clean and nice. Peaceful and lovely.

Located in Fluberg, Granum Gård provides accommodation with seating area. The property features mountain and lake views, and is 47 km from Biri Travbane. Remote but view spectacular. Hosts were very kind and warm. The breakfast and updating are the result of their efforts. They actually have a charging station for EV rental from Oslo. The farm is rich with history, which they readily share.

Really nice house, everything was clean and ready for the guests. It was extremely quiet and calm especially during the night, we really enjoyed the stay :)

Located in Trysil in the Hedmark region, Elegant apartment in Trysil Alpine Lodge has a patio and quiet street views. Great location, ski in-out, very close to the ski-pists! Very modern, nice apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The car could we park in the parking-garage, very good.

Skåbu Fjellhotell features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Skåbu. Breakfast was excellent. Tailor made and personal. This stay was towards the end of the trip after several hikes, white water rafting etc. Hence it was a good way to finalise our trip ( ie relax and have an enjoyable meal).

Staff was very welcoming and did much more than one could expect of them. Electricity was down in the whole area, but the did what they could and «saved» a lot of stranded people!
