This place is amazing! It’s definitely the best stay for our three-week round trip . I can only recommend it. We booked a Standard double room , Which was their basic category. But it was fantastic! The room was super clean , which is not always in Sri Lanka. They had everything more than we expected like air conditioning, hot water , mosquito nets , a fan , tea coffee, and even pool towels were provided in the room. Also best value for the money. Unbeatable! The Wi-Fi was great in the room and restaurant. Pool area also had a another Wi-Fi which was good. The pool was our favorite super Large,clean like the rest of the property surrounded with nature great to relax and in the pool even have kind of jacuzzi that you can get a massage in the water :) We also booked a Half day 7 Hour safari tour through them and it was fantastic . Price was also very good compared to other offers we had . We saw many elephants, birds and many other animals . Had a great time with the breakfast inside the park .The driver explained everything to us and was very experienced. He didn’t bother animals or go with too many jeeps . If you’re going on a safari definitely go with the hotel. The owner was very friendly, professional and had lots of experience in the industry. The rest of the staff also very helpful and available always with a smile . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay ! We‘ll definitely come back . Highly recommend this place!

Located 17 km from Udawalawe National Park, Mango Tree House offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The couple that owns it are so lovely, they picked us up from the bus station and made us feel completely at home the whole time. The location is also perfect and the safari was fantastic, we would definitely stay again.

He took care of my family as if we were his family. He arranged a great safari and coordinated taxis and logisics. The food we ate there was the best we had in Sri Lanka.

Hotel pool ,owner was a excellent host, always at the site very attentive, and attended to all needs,my daughter and family enjoyed this holiday immensely

Ibis is located in Udawalawe and features a pool with a view and garden views. A super friendly and helpful host, who made us really welcome. The pool was a great bonus - just what we needed after a long days travel. Room was very large, very comfortable and had great facilities. We even had our evening meal here at a reasonable cost. Very good accommodation - would definitely stay again if I was in the area. They do their own safari tours but we had already booked one with a different company prior to arrival, so didn't get the chance to go with them.

50 km from Tangalle Lagoon, Atha Safari Resort is a recently renovated property set in Udawalawe and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Asanka is a great guy. He arranged everything for us. The safari trip with Janaka, the amazing tour guide, was incredible, the dinner at the cottage was very good, very comfortable and cool. Amazing structure. Don't miss the opportunity to visit him and his wife.

The lodge is excellent, the best quiet environment I had in Sri Lanka, the jacuzzi tub is perfect for a dip after a long safari. The owner and staff are very friendly. The lodge also organized my private safari and my guide, driver Janaka, was excellent. I actually liked my Udawalawe safari better than the one I did in Yala.
