Very friendly staff. Room was set up with the cutest cot ever that our 1yr old was very comfy in, bed was comfy, bathroom was good size with rain shower - loved that. We were here only for a short stay overnight after our 11hr flight, but left very refreshed especially with the buffet breakfast which had an excellent selection of tasty foods and drinks. Very modern and comfy room. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel KAIE! The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from JR Shiomi Station, which made getting around Tokyo so easy. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and more spacious than I expected for a Tokyo hotel. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the coffee machine and bidet, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful—they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Ensemble, and the manga library was a unique and fun bonus. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether for business or leisure!

Ideally situated in the Toshima district of Tokyo, MIMARU Tokyo Ikebukuro is situated 600 metres from Ikebukuro Nishi-guchi Park, 700 metres from Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro and 800 metres from... Clean, pretty roomy, easy to find, comfortable. We had a great stay at Tokyo (2 parents + 6yo, 4yo and a 4mo baby). Staff was kind and very helpful whenever we needed something. There is a Family Mart close by where I got us breakfast everyday, and the microwave in the room fits the Avent sterilizator. The baby bed was of good quality (not just a camping crib).

This is one of the most unique hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is astonishingly designed, the freebies numerous, and I just felt so relaxed just being in my room. Honestly it was perfect and spacious has all the facilities in the room I stayed for 20 days and it felt like home it is around 10 min from the closest station

Well situated in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Sotetsu Grand Fresa Takadanobaba is located 500 metres from Tsumami - Kanzashi Museum, 800 metres from Shinjuku Suwa Shrine and less than 1 km... Everything about this hotel is perfect.. the location.. the rooms and the facilities.. I have get the best experience especially for the helpfull staf who helped me print my confirmation letter.. thank you so much.. I will recomend this hotel for all my friends
