I don’t usually leave reviews — only when something is either really disappointing or seriously impressive. This hotel? Definitely the latter. First of all, the location is unbeatable — you step out and you’re already in the heart of everything. Breakfasts deserve a special mention: absolutely delicious, with a variety and quality that truly exceeded my expectations. And then, the Prosecco — what a charming touch! A complimentary bottle was waiting for me in the room, and downstairs in the lobby, you can always pour yourself a glass (or three, or five…) whenever you feel like it. It’s the kind of little luxury that makes a stay feel special. Honestly, I’m trying to think of something negative to balance this out, but I really can’t. Everything was just… great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel located in the center of Pistoia on a quiet street. Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Although the breakfast area isn't too big the selection of meals is very satisfactory. We didn't make a reservation for parking place, but there is a lot of free spaces in few minutes walk radius. For initial check-in there is one spot for a car just at the door. Definitely would like to visit this place again.

I love it! Service, amenities, everything! Best thing is when you have tickets for the evening you dont feel you have to do sth around the city. They are kindly allowing you to use amenities even after your checkout that day. I think that’s a brilliant idea. I will be back. I enjoyed so much 💛

The staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Breakfast is excellent! Highly recommended! Loved the location—easy access to tram and bus station!
