Everything about the hotel pleasantly surprised us. We were offered dinner, and shortly after, a rooftop party began with champagne and desserts. Everyone was eagerly waiting for the fireworks. The atmosphere on the rooftop was magical, and we absolutely loved it. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop was incredible – the whole of Milan felt like it was at our fingertips. The hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable, including the relaxing lounge area in the lobby. Our room was flawless. The breakfast, the staff – everything was at the highest level. Thank you for an amazing night at this hotel!

In the P. Vittoria district of Milan, close to Milano Dateo Metro Station, CO99 Art Building Residence features a shared lounge and a washing machine. Very easy to get to, super clean and spacious. The rooftop and meal area is very nice and easily accessible. The room was great, very comfortable and well equipped. Recommend to solo travelers. Reception staff was helpful and kind.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is superb—just a short 3 to 5-minute walk to the Duomo and the main shopping areas. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a great stay. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options could be improved.
