Exceptional cleanliness, good food, but the best of all were people. Jacop, Ilaria and Francesca at the reception did everything they could to help us when we lost our luggage at the airport. Numerous phone calls made by Jacop, warm advice wards said by the ladies. The kitchen and the restaurant people, whose names I unfortunately don't know, helped me to order gluten-free dishes. The room for 10 people is very spacious and organized so nicely - u get like separate compartments for every 2 people and it's co convenient!
