Set in Rome, 800 metres from Bologna Metro Station, HOTEL DELLE CIVETTE offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. It was absolutely clean, nice room, great friendly staff. Very quiet and near the Termini Station, I paid 11 € for the taxi. I’ll certainly choose to stay again in this hotel, when visiting Rome again.

We got to the hotel a day late as our flight was cancelled. I sent a message to the hotel and told them we were so disappointed, as it was our 40th wedding anniversary. When we got there the next day Alexandra was amazing and when we got to our room we were upgraded for free! The hotel also left chocolates and a gorgeous welcome letter.

This is our favorite hotel during our trip to Europe. The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff are extremely warm - hearted, providing us with great help. The receptionist on the last day could even speak Chinese, which was a wonderful surprise.It also enjoys a great location.
