Villa Athena, a modern 5-star hotel, is located within Agrigento's Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Absolutely fabulous experience. The location (literally inside the Valley of the Temples archeological complex), the room (VERY thankful for the upgrade to a room with Temple view!), the service and staff, the amazing breakfast. Best hotel we stayed in Sicily, we would come back anytime.

Boasting sea views, Locazione Turistica Le Fate features accommodation with patio, around 39 km from Heraclea Minoa. This was one of the nicest places I stayed on Sicily. The directions were good and I easily found the property. There was a wonderful and secure place to park, the room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It was also very close to the temples. The wifi worked well and I really enjoyed staying here. A good selection of restaurants and grocery stores were about 3 miles away.
