The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

Situated in Viripara and with Munnar Tea Museum reachable within 22 km, The Grand Cliff Resort Munnar features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout the... it took a while to get there but the location is amazing. You will forget where you are for just a little bit.

Wonderful location in beautiful peaceful surroundings smilingly the trees. Clean bright room with comfy bed and great balcony to sit and listen to the birdsong. Lovely staff too.

Situated in Athirappilly, Flora Misty Falls Athirappilly has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. The views were beautiful and the staff went out of their way to serve us. They even prepared special meals for my husband and I which was delicious.

The property was beautiful and the staff were great. The mall connected to hotel was beautiful. The dinner at hotel was delicious. The bar tenders were fun and very polite.

Lilac Hotel Guruvayur is located in Guruvāyūr, 18 km from Amala Institute of Medical Sciences and 25 km from Thiruvambady Sri Krishna Temple. The hotel was really beautiful and very comfortable, by far one of the best experiences during this trip. The proximity to the temple puts it in a perfect spot. The rooms were clean and spacious with all the provisions to connect remotely. The staff was friendly and prompt. It's on our list of must return to places.
