It was amazing. We ordered the eggs benedict and the pancakes; they were dreamy. They also had a big buffet with sweets, croissants, scones, jams, and cereals. The coffee was perfect, too. They had a chocolate cake all night, which was helpful :) The room was very comfy, with everything you expect in a hotel. The shower was hot and had good pressure.

Catherine’s scrambled eggs were lovely, also her full Irish breakfast. The view from our room was just beautiful, looking out towards hills and farms with sheep and cows. It was so quiet and peaceful staying at Swallows Rest, we loved our stay. Very comfortable bed which was beautifully made up every day. Big bathroom with heater and spotlessly clean.

From the moment we walked through the door Irish hospitality was at it's finest. All the staff were just so so lovely, our dinner and breakfast were delicious, they catered for me being Coeliac and the whole team were just amazing nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and our bed super comfortable We would definitely stay again if we returned to Dingle and would highly recommend staying there if you are visiting Dingle
