Honestly, it was rather funny, like you are in the middle of a monty python movie. I always asked the question what esle could go wrong. I talked to the host only over the phone, a rather jolly and kind person, who has very different idea about what hospitality means than most of the travelers.

In 2025 it is extraordinarily cheap. I did not have high expectations. It was near to the bus stop, 15 minutes walk from the nearest train station. I was there in mid-December, got mobile heating equipment which was quite handy. In 20-30 minutes the temperature was bearable.
