Tasos was an exceptional host with information on everything from hiking to restaurants, and general suggestions of sights to visit.

She prepared the most delicious breakfast we had during our long stay in different Zagorian villages (fresh home made pies, pastries, her own variety of jams…). The room was huge and very comfortable. The garden of the property is also amazing for a morning coffee. It was exactly what we needed after a long hike, and we will definitely come back!

It was unforgettable 2 nights in the middle of nowhere on the very top of the hill. Only hiking routs, nature and the sky above you - nothing bothers you. Wonderful hospital family accommodated us with a wonderful breakfast. The dinner was also very nice with delicious traditional Greek food.

Hotel Machalas is a large complex of apartments. It is located in Kipoi village which is in central Zagori. The complex’s traditional architecture is based on wood and hand-hewn stone. A wonderful surprise that kept getting better by the moment. Beautiful country stone structures with rustic simple rooms that are fantastic for this traveler. Easy in and out. Owns the restaurant across the street with excellent food. Hikes all around.

Everything! the bed is so comfortable, the view is amazing with a privet balcony, the room is very clean and the breakfast is rich and very tasty and also has gluten free options.
