Ellie was amazing – she went above and beyond to make our trip special by upgrading our room to one with a private pool and breathtaking sea view. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. On our last day, our flight wasn’t until later in the evening, and Ellie kindly arranged a late checkout, which made all the difference. The experience was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Akra Suites. Angelika was superb. She’s very friendly and reliable. And also to the blonde lady from the house keeping I couldn’t get her name but she was always smiling even offering if we needed help.

Staff are very considerate and always there to offer help. Beautiful views and I also like the design of villas.

We booked at Eternity Suites and I must say it was the most amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a serene and calm environment that made our stay incredibly relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the host went above and beyond with her care , help and attentiveness. She not only made our stay perfect but also assisted us with planning our activities, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was unbeatable , situated close to all major attractions, supermarket and bus station . Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the local experience without any hassle. Our stay was fantastic, with stunning surroundings, excellent service, and a prime location. It’s perfect for both a romantic getaway or a trip with friends. The location is brilliant, on top of Imerovigli, in the middle of everything. The employees are super nice and cool, ready to help you with everything you need everyday. Don't make a scope in booking a room at caldera, the other part of the hotel is more quiet and the view of the island is also nice. The size of the pool is very good comparing with what you will find Santorini.
