An excellent hotel, brand new, with amasing views of Livadia and the surrounding hills. Large rooms, clean, comfy beds. The location is excellent as it allows you to walk a few steps down and be right at the KRYA springs, rivers and ponds as well as cafes, restaurants. The main part of Livadia (main square with all the stores and more restaurants) is only an additional 5 mins walk. The hotel has an excellent underground garage so once there you do not really need to worry about your car anymore. Breakfast was great. As the manager (George) said "here we do not cook, we create"; he was absolutely right. The staff (all the staff) were extremely polite, helpful and upbeat. We spend two great days there, every night out at tavernas with live music, great wine and great food. All in all, a great hotel to spend time in Livadia.

Wonderful lodging, perfect from the moment we arrived. The view is stunning, much more than you can imagine. Paris the manager and his family are so welcoming and considerate to every detail, always around to help and answer questions and chat. Provided us with a great cot which our baby slept well in and delicious cakes and pastries for breakfast alongside staples such as cheese and bread. Clean room and grounds, and tidied everyday. Lovely view over Arachova, so we made good use of our balcony. Always a pleasure to drive back up after a long days outing, your heart fills up when you see the view. Highly recommend.

The hot tub was solid and as the apartment was in the ground floor, you can use it without disturbing others.

Tina is an outstanding cook so is Vicky (her daughter) as a skilled barista. Waking up to the birdsong and stunning views was only one of the treats of our stay. Breakfast was always freshly prepared and ready for us. Hosts provided plenty of useful guidance, recommendations and tips. Perfect location to explore Delphi and other inland spots. 9.3 km from Archaeological Site of Delphi in Arachova, Alexandros Guesthouse provides accommodation with access to a hot tub, hammam and steam room. Our host Alexandros was very helpful with everything and showed us around the place which was amazing! The fireplace was very beautiful and safe and the sauna was very nice! Would definitely recommend trying at least once! The mattress was very comfy and we got some of the best sleep we ever had in a hotel. Lastly the place is located dead center in the village of Arachova and very close to the ski center of Parnassos.
