Bed was comfy and new 4. Room was clean and well organized 5. Shower was huge, clean, tons of hot water and great water pressure 6. Fridge worked amazingly , coffee machine, microwave, and iron 7. Lots of closet space 8. Lots of light 9. Very nice place to sit outside of room 10. Ample free parking. Totally recommend

You can’t walk anywhere close really but easy to jump back in the car for restaurants etc. Amazing views in the night with the lights and in the morning. Very comfortable stay and very good breakfast. Recommended.

Set within 1.6 km of Perama cave and 4.6 km of Zosimea Library of Ioannina in Ioannina, Lago Verde provides accommodation with seating area. We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated and the mattress on the master bed is exceptionally comfortable. A real espresso machine was a huge plus for us. We had a dinner at a restaurant 1 min away which was also one of the best during our trip. The host was very kind and responsive!

The breakfast was fantastic, very local and the owners were very charming in their hospitality. The owners run the place who are well traveled they have a lot of local tips and it was a pleasure to talk to them. The roof window was great for star gazing nice and clear.
