The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

Sunrise Anjum Resort features a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. This 5-star resort offers room service, an ATM and free WiFi. The hotel is absolutely incredible. It’s brand new and the rooms are so spacious and bright with big windows. The stuff is so welcoming, our host from a reception Mahmoud Hefny is the reason we would come back again. The food is also a highlight, the chef is incredibly nice and the food options every night are astonishing. Fish, vegetarian, meat options, the buffet is plentiful and every day we are so excited to eat.

Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.

Facing the beachfront, JAZ Elite Amara offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and has a garden, private beach area and terrace. Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Facing the beachfront, Pickalbatros Sands Port Ghalib offers 5-star accommodation in Port Ghalib and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. Amazing resort for the price, cleanliness and the staff were way above expectations. They went out of their way to make sure we get an early check-in since we had a very early flight, and the whole experience was flawless.

The hotel is a must try if you would like to stay in this area. Food was awesome especially the Italian restaurant, you can swim with dugong, what a unique experience.
