The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice. they did not speak english but had a recorder which would translate from chinese to english. There is a common washing machine so we could do laundry. They also helped us to organize our stay in the park and gave us a map with the itinerary for each day. the hotel is very close to the west entrance of the park, only 6 minutes by taxi.

I had an amazing stay here! The host was not only incredibly kind and friendly, but also went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. When my drone broke, he even took it to a shop to get it repaired. I’m so grateful I got to spend my time in Zhangjiajie at this place. Truly recommended! 😊

The hotel is located in the city center. It has convenient access to all attractions. We also had a very good contact with the staff which was very helpful and helped us with tickets to the park. Extra cafe downstairs at the reception is great :)

GUI YUAN ZHEN PIN HOTEL,Approximately 3km away from the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park,Free Chinese western Breakfast,Free Self-Service Laundry , Attraction Tickets Serivce in... Whether it was the online concierge or the front desk service, everything was very considerate. They helped us book many tickets for Zhangjiajie, which was very convenient and worry-free, thumbs up 👍. The room was thoughtfully upgraded to a family room, and they arranged for us to stay in the same room without changing, which was very attentive. The breakfast combined Western and Chinese styles, with both coffee and Chinese rice noodles, fairly standard. There are also free washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient for tourists like us who hadn't done laundry for several days. It's not far from the East Gate entrance, so you can return to the hotel for a rest immediately after going out, which is great, and there are all kinds of shops nearby. Overall, it was pretty good.
