Located in Lugano, 4.3 km from Lugano Station, Bigatt Hotel & Restaurant provides accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Another fantastic accommodation with a great view. The staff was very friendly and personally shown us the nice and clean room. Sadly, I only stayed for 1 night. I will definitely stay here again if I come by this way and more night of course.

Beautiful property and spacious room with luxe feeling. Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

I loved everything about this hotel! The modern and aesthetically pleasing design, clean rooms, hotel room amenities (robe, slippers, coffee machine, teas/coffee etc), hotel room views, excellent breakfast with a range of choice, wonderful spa, convenient location with the train station only a very short walk away and friendly and accommodating staff (a special shout out Alexandra and Fata who were on duty at breakfast time - they were so hospitable and kind to me).
