We stayed at the new part of the building and the room was perfect. Modern alpine style with lots of wood, great lighting, noise insulation, underfloor heating in the bathroom, lots of sockets all done to a very high standard.

Whether it was recommendations for local spots, handling special requests, or simply his positive energy, his outstanding customer service made all the difference. The hotel itself was not bad, but it was his kindness and professionalism that truly set our experience apart.
