It was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and peaceful—especially during the quiet moments without kids. There was also a small river nearby where I could step into the water and truly connect with nature. But the highlight? It was my friend’s birthday. Even though we didn’t mention it to the staff, they surprised us with a small dessert and a candle. Such a thoughtful gesture—it truly made us feel special. Many thanks to the team. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

There were some nice restaurants within walking distance. The price was very reasonable.

Hotel Serpiano is set in the heart of Monte San Giorgio, 650 metres above Lake Lugano. It features an indoor pool and a hot tub in the spa area. The staff was really kind with our kid. The hotel is clean and close to many hiking trails. The view from the terrasse is amazing and we had massage outside at the evening with this beautiful view. It was a perfect moment.
