Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority. I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed. Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

Bus stop just in front of the hotel and Train station just 5 mins away and with the hotel guest you can use both free of charge to reach out any point in Geneva!
