Set in Bansko, less than 1 km from Holy Virgin Church, Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a fitness... The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. The room was spacious, and we had a wonderful mountain view from the balcony. The pool was amazing. The indoor playground is not very large, but it's well equipped. The variety of foods for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and the food was tasty. There were parking spots available in front of the hotel. The TV had Netflix and YouTube without ads.

Wonderful apartment - incredibly clean and located in a very quiet area. The windows face the inner courtyard and the pool, and on a clear day, you can even see the mountains. At first, I had some trouble finding the entrance to the complex, but after that, everything was very straightforward. The keys are in a box right by the door. The host was very friendly and polite. You could barely hear any other guests, and the apartment had everything I needed. It was spotless and very cozy. Next time I plan a visit to Bansko, I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and large apartments located close to the lift (9 min walk), shops and restaurants (3 min), at the same time, - in a quiet place. Very responsive and welcoming hosts, they quickly respond to requests and help with all questions. There are 2 balconies, a washing machine, a fan, a microwave, kitchen utensils, a kettle, a 2-burner stove, many sockets, ect. Under the reception there is a spa area with saunas and a small pool, but for a separate fee. Downstairs there is a ski deport, parking spaces are available nearby even during high season. Pets are allowed, for which separate thanks to owners. Highly recommend this apartment. ))
