The hotel is very nice and from the entrance we were welcomed by the reception staff; all of them are so kind and profesional. Our flight was early in the morning and we arrived very tired at 8.30; Until the room was ready for check-in, the receptionist invited us to have breakfast and to relax from 10 o'clock at the Spa. The room is large, very clean, with balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast and we ate at the hotel's restaurant every day; great food, very kind staff. From the reception we got all the information about trips, taxi, bus, where we can spend our time. Grade 10!!!

They were really helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. The breakfast is next door at the bistro. A good selection, and you can request an omelet to be made. They also use fresh squeezed orange juice. Excellent value for your money. The comfiest beds were ever had. It was a nice bo us having a balcony.

I recently stayed at the Maritim Hotel Plaza, and it was my fourth stay since last year. This hotel continues to impress me with its excellent service and facilities. One standout feature is the convenience of its massive 4-floor underground parking, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel staff are amazing—professional, welcoming, and always smiling. They are incredibly efficient and eager to help with any request. Check-in took only two minutes, and we were quickly assisted with our luggage up to the room. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious at 52 square meters. It was a corner room with large windows offering a great view of the city. The room itself was modern, spotless, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was friendly and consistently excellent. The breakfast experience was equally delightful. There was a wide range of options, and the staff, especially Ms. Joan (if I recall her name correctly), were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the center of the city. Directly across the road is a shopping mall that has everything from A to Z, including a supermarket. Next to the mall is a lively walking street filled with restaurants and bars, making it perfect for dining out and enjoying the local atmosphere. We also took advantage of the hotel’s SPA services, including a facial, manicure, and pedicure. The treatments were of a high standard, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making it a truly relaxing experience. Overall, Maritim Hotel Plaza is a top-tier hotel with exceptional service, modern amenities, and a perfect location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Best Western Premier Ark Hotel is located in front of the Tirana Airport and provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access. Easy walk from the airport and to bus terminal to get into Tirana. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of amenities provided. Hotel restaurant and bar was great and very friendly staff members. Jonis was lovely!

The luxurious Xheko Imperial Hotel boasts a location in the very centre of Tirana, close to the big park. Spa was terrific at the end of a long sightseeing day. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. Elizabeta at the front desk and the other young lady were super.
