cozy rooms with nice interior within rooms and hotel overall, SPA package, basin and saunas, nice smell in corridors, small park inside. it also happened so, that my stay days matched with people being busy, so it was plenty of space. Buffet style of morning food - nice as it gives an opportunity to choose. MAjority of the issues below were solved, so consider this as a demand for future improvements.

Very convenient location next the main Kiev railway station, and next to Vokzalna metro station. And metro is the most convenient and easy-to-use way of travel in Kiev. Very clean everywhere, perfectly maintained, my bathroom shining with cleanness . Very good bufet breakfast, bar open, fast and strong wi-fi. Nice and helpful staff. Priced somewhat above the budget level, I'd say, but good value, anyway.

Great value for money. The personnel were great. Location is amazing, very close to City center and many attractions, close to shops and banks. Parking was provided without cost. The restaurant Matisse is great. It has a very well set and secure shelter, which is as comfortable as it can be.

The hotel is in a superb location with good transport connectivity. The staff are kind, facilitative and friendly. There is a laundry room, and at the moment, there is no charge for using it. The hotel is spotlessly clean. There is a good vibe here. Oh; and the food is superb too

Very nice and comfortable place in the heart of Podil. Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. It still amazes me how the Ukrainians keep going strong in these difficult circumstances. much respect. And they make good coffee too.

Every time I stay at the Hilton Kyiv, the staff are always amazing and the rooms are always immaculately clean, and the atmosphere is always amazing.
