The property was clean and has a beach front. My kids also liked that there was a playground next to it. It is an ideal stop to break the long drive from Cape Reinga back to Auckland.

My sister and I flew over from Australia to take our father (97 yrs old) up to Cape Reinga. He has never been there, and this is a great place to stay to break up the trip if driving from Auckland. It's a great location right by the water, and the apartment has everything you need. The weather was just perfect, and it's all about chilling out and creating lasting memories. A special mention to our hosts who were just your typical friendly down to earth people. Thank you for making our stay very special.

Great staff, friendly and helpful, gave us great info on things to see and do. Good parking, right by water, great views. Kitchenette a bit small, but clean comfortable and everything worked.

I really loved my stay here. The view from my room (number 5) was just breathtaking. The bed was really comfortable as well. Every person from staff I encountered was so sweet and helpful. The food from de restaurant was really nice as well (if you are into green lip mussels, definitely don’t skip out on those).
