Great motel . Very large apartment on two levels . The kitchen , living space , bathroom plus one bed were downstairs with 3 other beds upstairs . Well equipped kitchen . Good parking . Very friendly staff .

We couldn’t fault this hotel in any way & it was surprisingly affordable, I suspect due to the fact it has only been open an open a few months. Easy to find & easily accessible if driving. We ate at the restaurant which was also very good.

The room is very comfortable and spacious. A fabulous bathroom with a bath which was ideal for a bubble bath soak!! Food is excellent and all the staff are attentive and professional.

Everything is perfect. Stuffs are nice. I arrived later than planned and lady in reception organised my late check-in. The room is enormous large than I imagine, clean and in good condition, living room is cosy with sofa, kitchen is well equipped with pans, knives and scissors, bedroom is big and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is also large with bathtub, toilette is separed. I am lucky to have a room face to the lovely backyard garden, very relaxing.

The 4-star Ascot Park Hotel is 5 km from the city and less than 15 minutes' drive from Invercargill Airport. Guests enjoy an on-site bar, a restaurant and 24 / 7 room service.
