Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Ernesto in the steakhouse was exceptional for our fine dining experience. The food is exceptional overall in the resort along with offerings for children that are amazing. The drinks are perfectly made by mixologists and every premium alcohol brand is all inclusive. The personalised workout classes is a must! Good location, close to the center—if it can be called a center—since the hotel area is a long stretch with malls, restaurants, and other amenities spread across different areas. However, the hotel is in a good spot, right on the beach with turquoise water (facing the sea, not the lagoon). There is also a nearby bus station that runs through the resort, and there are restaurant options in the area. The hotel was clean, well-ventilated, and free from dampness, which is common in much of the area. It offers a beautiful view and amenities such as water, coffee, utilities, daily cleaning, comfortable beds and pillows, an iron, a hairdryer, and a safe. We even had a large terrace. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us a late check-out. The breakfast was extremely varied. It was safe, no issues.

The staff at Live Aqua were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to ensure guests have a positive experience. The resort itself is in a beautiful location and the beach on the resort as well as the pools were clean, comfortable and not too crowded.
