Great location, service and room. Hotel provides free ochazuke at 8-10pm (limited number of sets that run out by 8:45 tho). It was yummy. We got a deluxe room that was very spacious. Amenities are available for self collection at the lobby. Richmond hotels are always comfortable. Standard rooms are small so get a deluxe room for more space. Join their membership program for one hour extended check out.

Clean, very large room (for the price). The staff treated me fairly and with respect and dignity, something I wish was standard with Japanese hotels. Amenities were good quality and easy to pick up from the lobby.
