The spa bath in the room with the view and the window opening is just magic. Worth the stay just for this. We had a king room which was nice and large and the bed was so huge and comfy. The restaurant food was also exceptional.

The property was very relaxing in general and everything was carefully thought out. I especially enjoyed the harp performance and marshmallow toasting session at the lobby at night. The breakfast and dinner spread was amazing as well. There were plenty of parking at the location.

The onsen on 10th floor is good! Carport is great for sheltering the car from blizzard. We bumped in to local uncle in the onsen. He said this is the last few remaining hotel that pump the hot water straight from the ground. So all the rich mineral is undiluted. Most of the hotel mix the hot water with tap water since tourists can’t handle real onsen.
