I don't even know where to start - the stay at Francesca's excellent Foresteria Villa Margherita was amazing from start to end! She is a very welcoming person and cares about every guest. It's a familiy environment which we absolutely adored. The pool and the view is stunning, so are the rooms. Very cosy, easy but with style, clean and large. I hope we can return this year again! Ulivi on the Lake is just an amazing place to stay, we were very impressed with everything. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids. - Apartment: the apartment was very comfortable and especially very clean, bathroom was spotless with very new appliances. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, microwave, kettle, nice coffee machine, even some left over from other guests, such as coffee, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and others things. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. Lovely two balcony with the breathless view of the lake, so beautiful day and night. - Facilities: The area is so quiet, just surrounded by nature sounds, very relaxing place. The garden was full of nice flowers and plants and especially lots of fresh herbs to use, such as basil, oregano, mint, blackberry and raspberry, use it every day for our lunches. The pool area is very clean and well organised, lots of toys for kids and enough equipment to sit or lay down, again swimming in the pool looking the lake was so beautiful. There were also a pergola with a table were we had our daily lunch in the shade surrounded by grapes plants and olive oil tree. - Host: We didn’t meet the host but we didn’t need to, she was very organised, everything was very clear by WhatsApp message with pictures of how to access to the area and the apartment. - Location: as I said the area is very quite also because is a little bit outside the village, you could walk to town in 20min but definitely need to have a car. Dongo is a lovely village, lots of nice shops, nice pastry and bakery shop calls Galli and on the square nice restaurants and gelateria, we eat in osteria del Bumbardin, proper local cuisine, you must book to seat there, and we also eat to the Dongo hotel restaurant, nice restaurant with good choices.

Our stay at villa was simply outstanding! The villa provided a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, making it an ideal getaway. Outdoor Jacuzzi: One of the villa's highlights was the outdoor jacuzzi. It was an absolute delight to unwind in the warm waters Attentive Owner: Davide, the villa's owner, was incredibly attentive and hospitable. He made sure every detail was taken care of and was always available to assist with any needs or inquiries. His local knowledge was invaluable for exploring the area. Nearby Restaurant: Another perk was the lovely restaurant just across the garden. The food was exquisite, offering a range of delicious local dishes. Proximity to the Lake: The villa's location was ideal, being within walking distance of a beautiful lake. Overall, our experience at villa was exceptional. The combination of luxurious amenities, careful attention from Davide, and the charming surroundings made it a truly memorable stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape!

The villa is amazing, there’s restaurant just there with amazing food. Location is great, it’s 1 min walk to the lake, and just the nature around it is breathtaking The Host Davide welcomed us with complementary treats, brought us croissant in the morning 😩 I wish to come back there again definitely! ❤️
