First of all the hotel is splendid. The staff was extremely welcoming and paid a lot of attention to our specific needs. The bedroom is stunning and we liked a lot that they don't have standard hotel white bedsheets but beautiful cosy light colored ones, like at home. The hotel is very nicely designed and ultra modern. The bathroom had shower and bathtub. The breakfast was fresh and very diverse, they had fresh fruits and a variety of veggies, meat and cheeses. The coffee is as usual exceptional. They have the full service of a 5 stars hotel, including a welcoming drink and a rose for ladies.

Everything was wonderful — we’re absolutely charmed by this place! The property is beautiful, clean, and cozy, even if the room isn’t very large. We stayed in the stone house, and I truly loved how it looks in the surrounding landscape — it fits perfectly into the scenery. The views are breathtaking, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Superb breakfast buffet. The best. They have bacon and eggs! The staff is beyond attentive and helpful, especially their young girl employee in the dining room and the main guy who makes coffees. Excellent and big variety of rolls (cinnamon) , chocolate pastries, muffins, etc. It's like a huge dessert cart provided, to go along with the multiple cereals and beautiful fruit cups.

We stayed at Gordone Palace for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The area around the hotel is very quiet and relaxing, yet it takes just a couple of minutes to get to the lake where there are restaurants and bars. We got a very big room with a big bathe room and a view towards the lake, which was absolutely stunning. The staff is also very friendly. Would definitely come back!
