Everything was nice. Clean rooms, bathroom, comfortable beds, AC working fine. Parking just next to the house. Lovely breakfast served on the terrace with nice view of the town and a bit of the sea. The owner Alexandro is Very friendly and helpful. Only 700 m to the Beach.. Why so many negative reviews? Unless you pay the minimum and expect 5stars hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff...from Roberto and Ivana to the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff...all very helpful . Dinners were delicious. Breakfast choice very good.

The location is ideal. Quiet at night, very comfortable facilities and an easy stroll to the beach and town. And you get a free sunlounger and umbrella when you go to the beach! Perfect.

The friendliness of the hostess and good value for money

Very nice room, very friendly staff. Fridge in the room. Very nice terracce. Breakfast as from 6.30 so early start no problem. Great value for money. Supermarket nearby (by car).

The view, the pool was very beautiful and the dogs are so cute. The People was very nice and has a nice atmosphere.

My family had a wonderful time here in June, for almost 3 weeks. The hotel is perfectly located on a hill next to the national park, overlooking the sea. The complaints in other reviews, that it's far away from the beach and city, are not justified in my opinion because it all matches the descriptions of the hotel online. There is a free shuttle bus which takes you hourly to a nice beach club (5 minute drive, sunbeds are included), and one can even walk just down the hill to reach a small public beach. The place itself has been refurbished over the past years, and some parts are still updated one after another. But there is no major construction going on anymore, so it's overall very quiet and peaceful. Most outstanding is definitely the quality of all the finishings, the marble floors, and the beautiful pool area. The rooms are of different categories, and we had a standard double room. For a family with kids, this category may be a bit small, and we'd choose a bigger one next time. The rooms have all been renovated, only the bath rooms are slightly dated, which didn't bother us, though, as they were still nice and matched the descriptions and photos. As for the food, this was certainly another highlight. Very capable chef, and we ate there quiet often instead of going out. Fantastic pasta, seafood, or just small snacks - we were always satisfied, and our wishes were met. What made this place so special for us was the staff. Everyone from the hotel owner to the cleaning ladies made us feel like family and were super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel's general manager made everything possible, no matter what we needed, and the drinks at the bar always came with a smile and nice chat. . Should we decide to come back to Puglia, it would be definitely the Rodi Resort again. This is certainly the nicest place in the area.

We loved our stay here! Gorgeous area, right in the forest and surrounded by beautiful olive trees! Right outside our room, there was 'our' terrace and then our parking spot - so perfect for parking and moving luggage to/from the car into the apartment. There was no internet and our mobile phone data didn't work, which for us was a welcomed experience actually ;). We only came for one night but would have loved to stay longer. Really lovely staff as well! Mille grazie per tutto and we'd happily stay again in the future.
