Fully deserved 10! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - in a separate, historic building. Right in the centre of Lugo, but still peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, served in an elegant restaurant. Nothing to add, really :) The hotel staff cares about all the little details that make the stay perfect! Last but not least - the price was quite average but the experience truly exceptional!

Good place to stay near where I was working that weekend, staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy, I will certainly use this hotel again, when I am working in the area

Really felt like home away from home! Very pleasant stay, spotless clean, authentic and the kitchen is to die for. We have a small baby and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, we absolutely enjoyed it and can’t wait to be back!

Everything! The location is very nice within the old convent, almost in the center of the village. The building is beautifully designed from the inside and maintained in the perfect condition. The rooms are although simple, have everything one may need for 1-2 nights. The staff are super friendly and speak good English, always meet you with the smile and generally very likeable people

The hotel was really unique. It was an antique hotel. The staff was really nice, especially the man at the reception (I think his name was Mirko) who was so kind to welcome us with coffee and tiramisu. The room was big and exceptionally clean. It was totally worth it! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The room was not available as the a/c was not working and the lady gave us a different room in a different location but the level was not the same.Infact we paid 90€ while the different room was 75€ worth
