Staying at hotels when travelling with a large family (5 children under 11) can be tricky, but Hotel Europa Residence is perfectly equipped, with a two bedroom, three bathroom apartment (plus sofa bed in the reception area) on the top floor with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a lift. We arrived late at night and the staff were SO kind and accommodating, the apartment was immaculate, warm and perfect for us. Breakfast is delicious and the staff continued to go above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. I can’t recommend the pretty town and perfect hotel highly enough!

great location nestled in a pine forest, views are incredible. decor of the hotel is very nice, breakfast as well is special. really good for some days of relax and unwind in a small boutique hotel. the spa is very intimate and the treatments are super good. i had the mud treatment and I was really spoiled :)

The nicest hostes. Room was spacius, with comfortable bed and equiped with an amazing sense for decorating. Also loved the mosqito net on the windows. The bathroom was big and spotles clean. Breakfast was super delicious. The house has a great view over town and great position for motorbikers, who want to ride to the top of the Monte Grappa.

I was never in a hotel so quiet. Windows, doors, walls are so well done that you dont hear any outside noise when you are in the room. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional but classic and good.

This property fully deserves its rave reviews. Stefano, the host, is fantastic - so friendly and helpful. We had two apartments - the one with the terrace by the pool and the one above overlooking the pool. The apartments are large, clean, modern and well equipped; the kitchens have everything you need for a self catering holiday. Washing machine. The AC works well. The pool is reasonably sized and very clean. Table football in the covered area. The views over the valley are absolutely stunning. Stefano provides a guide to the local area - there is plenty to do and see e.g. Bassano del Grappa, Cittadella and Marostica. We loved our stay here - thank you so much!

everything is perfect.. except that if I am allowed to speak the truth... I think the pillows are a bit too hollow and therefore they don't really support our necks well enough, ( at least for me and my partner ) this is just a very personal opinion, so NO Offence !
