The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. All the facilities were top-notch. The sauna, pool, and gym were fantastic, and there were many seating areas all over. The beauty salon and hairdresser were also great to have on the premises. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious and had everything we needed.

This is the true definition of a boutique hotel - small, personal, great service. I loved the art theme throughout and especially my Edward Hopper themed room. It's perfectly located for exploring either the lower or upper town of Bergamo, and the security is excellent, as are the facilities - first time I've ever received an explanation of how to use the shower (although I could have used it in other hotels). The Culti toiletries were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was stunningly good - an amazing variety of everything, including many healthy options. The most impressive thing about the hotel was the staff, especially the manager, Francesco, and the front desk clerk Rebecca. The maid was also incredibly hard-working and observant and managed to clean my room thoroughly while I was at breakfast.

For us it has been a great stay - the apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, warm (in January), location is great be it overnight sleep to move on or visit Bergamo and its Old City. The owners are great - we agreed on late check-in and late check-out, basically in 5 minutes over messages via booking, and for us most importantly the airport pickup. As it was January and snowing we arrived almost two hours late and the owner was there waiting for us (it was around 1 AM!). Overall for us, great experience and easy to recommend.

This apartment is a perfect place to stay in Bergamo. We liked it a lot: - Central location (close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop to the airport and to Città Alta) Appartement is brand new, super clean, stylish, comfortable, and warm!!! Which is quite rare thing for February in other appartements in Italy. - Great kitchen, well-equipped. You can cook, have your tea/ coffee and use a big fridge. - The size of an apartment is big enough for 4 people. Also, it should be very comfortable for families with babies. - Self check-in, effective communication with an owner. I would be happy to get back!
