Amazing place, just near the sea, beautiful building. Room is neat and cozy, clean and full of facilities. It was the best hotel in my life, nice sea and good snack bar nearby. Also an amazing pizzeria in 5 minutes walk. Special appreciation to Carlotta, the sweetest and helpful administrator.

Massimo is a top host and a genuine, nice guy, his wife was also the same. They really made you feel welcome for the whole stay. The pool is the highlight for me, with a swim up bar and in beautiful grounds. Also the breakfast was superb. Excellent place to unwind and relax, ten mins into town by car and you have beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Only an hour from Rome this was a great find for the price.

The room and the whole accommodation including the garden was of a very high standard and well thought out by the friendly owners. The best thing for us was lying by the pool and enjoying the day with the few other guests. It invited us to relax and in the end we didn't want to leave.
