The property is spacious, well built, & has good amenities. The staff was very polite & helpful. The room we stayed at (Tranquil) was extremely comfortable.

Amazing location , the pictures on Booking.com don’t do justice to actual location . you have to experience it first hand . The staff are very well trained and are extremely helpful . Puneet took us around for plantation walk . it was fun .

Very luxurious and elegantly designed hotel, very wide selection of good quality food and some great fish curries at the second restaurant. Beautiful views and lovely swimming pool. The staff were super friendly too

I have had the pleasure to stay in this facility for 3 days. I booked it because it was close to my place of interest, because it had good reviews and because the pictures looked pretty. Little did I know how much I underestimated this resort! The combination of tranquility, breathtaking views from your "room", the omnipresent luxury, selection of superb activities, the cuisine, the actual living forest all around you and overall hospitality and service simply cannot be described by words. One must experience it first-hand to fully appreciate this gem of a property. This property is situated literally inside a functioning coffee plantation, where you can explore the coffee making process from blossom to brewing (and roast / grind coffee beans yourself!). That is only one of the few exceptional activities offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The plantation is huge, and so is the resort itself. So of course they drive you with a buggy, whenever you are not in a mood for a little walk. Your "room" is actually a cottage, suspended above tree foliage, with a sense of complete privacy, even though a next cottage is nearby. The view has depth which can only be experienced by the seashore, or at high altitude. The connection to nature is taken very seriously here, and can also be felt intensely everywhere - whether you are relaxing on the terrace of your cottage, or walking to the pool and spa, or just having dinner. Talking about dining. The selection and variety of meals is astonishing, and so is the flavor. The whole dining experience is wonderful - the taste, the drinks & cocktails, the fact that you are actually dining above the waterfall, prompt and kind service offered by every staff member (waiters and managers alike). I would especially like to spotlight Mr.Bishu, who was serving us for the duration of our stay. He was always professional, very kind, attentive to all our needs, and so polite. Room was very good and the food was excellent

The caretaker Manoj and another staff member at the farm were very helpful and shared fresh local fruits from the plantation with us. We felt lucky to enjoy such authentic flavors. The rooms are medium-sized but well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and good lighting. Adding a dim light would be a nice touch to avoid complete darkness at night.

Cooperative staffs, Good room, and ambience

It was surrounded by nature and was a very relaxing location. Coffee plantations and bird watching was the highlight for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. Balcony gave us a chancento enjoy mornings and evening nature and bird calls. Poolside snackbar was amazing. Lot if activities were available which we could not participate dur to time constraints.I got sick and there was a nurse to help with that. Food available for breakfast is amazing selection appealing to all. I eapecially enjoyed filter coffee. I am missing it. Once we went there we cancelled our sightseeing and stayed at the resort. A great decision.
