The stay was fantastic... The property, the view from our room, warm behavior of all the stuffs there, the ambiance, the evening live music at the bar, all the foods, high tea, the garden visit, the tea factory visit and many more... everything was so good that we will cherish them all our lives, specially they surprised us with a beautiful decorations and a birthday cake for my son, has touched our heart.

What makes this resort so special is its professionalism in its services but the staff also being home like with charming hospitality at the same time makes your stay at Amaira one like no other. There will always be welcoming guides showing you the natural harvesting of vegetables at their farm or the mesmerizing pine forests of the Darjeeling area. Ms. Anjali kind fully given us their farm tour. Her barbecue was delicious as well. Their breakfast was yum too with variety. Notably Bharat, a helpful and friendly person humbly showing us around. The cherry on top is that every last area in Amaira is completely specialized with a hidden meaning and intriguing names. A great example would be the restaurant in and outside as well as each room having its own theme symbolized by the capturing paintings. The property is a hidden gem amidst the serene pine forests. At the same time, they have international level standards and service is quite prompt. Everyone in the property were helpful and was at your service on time! The nature around and within the property is breathtaking indeed! Our room had an adjoining terrace that overlooked the beautiful Kanchenzongha! There’s a small shack just outside the hotel where you can get almost anything and everything! The property Manager Shubham had been quite helpful and was also guiding us the way since the start. Everything went smooth and I would visit again for sure
