This is a perfect place to stay literally 20 seconds walk from the beach - good A/c - hot water from the shower and an excellent price for travellers. The guys who work here are also super nice and helpful. Thanks guys!

It's a lovely beach facing property. It took only 10 minutes to reach palolem beach by rickshaw. Overall it's a perfect and lovely stay.

First of all the staff: corteous, competent, smiling: in the dining hall, on the beach premises, in the lobby. During our stay at the hotel there have also been some busy days: staff members didn't change attitude: they always met us with a smile, a kind word, trying to take care of a wish or the expressed need. A special compliment goes to Babyrose, Antika and Uday who made us "feel at home". Then we liked the wonderful, long, sandy beach, perfect for walks and enjoy the arabic sea. For those who like to swim it's a very good place: you can have nice swims both in the sea (usually calm, warm water) and in the large pool of the hotel: we never found it overcrowded; there were separate, bounded areas for children and adults. We also liked the food. We stayed for six nights so we decided to have three dinners at hotel enjoying the buffet and went out for three other nights. Along the beach, within walking distance there are various schacks which serve good food, especially fish and, if you wish (as we did) you can enjoy it right on the shore, in front of the sea. But also the food served at the buffet of the resort was good and varied with many indian - and goan - dishes. Same to say for the breakfast with a pretty big choice were you could have indian specialities or more - for us - traditionals like bread, toasts, cakes, butter, eggs or whatever (including fresh fruit juices). Last but not least, we appreciated together with the huge, lush garden (and the many birds), the cleanliness of the property: there was allways somebody around cleaning or tyding up.

The housekeeping staff was good. The beds were comfortable and the food was also good with variety. The beach was clean & close from the rooms. The gym had all the necessary equipments and I was also able to try the ayurvedic massage it was average.
