What a wonderful stay! The service was truly beautiful, we felt so welcome. Very child friendly both staff and facility wise. The rooms were well equipped and even had nescoffee machines. Late checkout and any of our requests were attended to quickly and kindly. The facilities were well kept, and beautiful with nice gardens and sea view.

Great place to stay with familiy. It was really luxury experience. We received upgraded room with private pool without price change. Nice beach with sand and all needed infrastrukture like showers, sun beds and so on. Personnel higly skilled and professional, organized for us all day trip to Samaria Gorge. As a trip starts early morning we received food in lunch boxes. Restaurant offer extremly tasty food, even for glutrn-free guests. Brakfast and dinner served as a buffet. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back there next time.

I stayed at Caldera Creta Paradise Hotel while attending a conference nearby and was very impressed. The room and overall property were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I booked a plan that included breakfast, which was both delicious and great value. The staff were outstanding: incredibly helpful with any questions I had and always warm and friendly. One of the highlights of the property is its direct access to the beach, though I didn’t go in as it was still a bit early in the season. Since it was shoulder season, the hotel wasn’t busy, and given the size of the property, it felt quiet and spacious. That said, I imagine the atmosphere would be much livelier in the peak summer months. I noticed many families with young children, and the hotel seemed very well equipped to accommodate them. Overall, an excellent stay and a hotel I’d highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really deserves it. Everything about the stay was just smooth and stress-free, from the moment I booked. The property looked just like the photos—super clean, cozy, and in a great location close to everything we needed. The check-in was simple, and the reception staff was so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. You could tell they really cared. Little things like extra towels, local recommendations, and even parking directions made a big difference and made it feel like home. Communication was clear the whole way through. Overall, just a really great experience, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!
