The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The staff were lovely and accommodated a really late check in (2am). The accommodation and the pool area were very clean. I always felt safe even though I was travelling alone. The location was perfect, close to good restaurants and the beach.

It was a perfect relaxing stay. The hotel is nicely located in front of the Sea and has a great pool. Breakfast is lovely with fresh fruit. The room was quite big with a nice pool and garden view. By the way, the gardens were perfectly kept. The Staff was very helpful making my stay there very enjoyable, specially Maria (Receptionist) who helped me with several other bookings and traveling arrangements across Crete (renting a car for example). I would love to go back.

Basically everything, we had a small bungalow overlooking the beach, The resort is large and well kept, clean and green, fresh air, based in a quiet area, not far from the centre, but you'll find everything you need in the surrounding area. Multiple pools, entertainment, great breakfast, Great staff especially at the main desk, etc. Makes other places look inferior.
