We were there for 4 days earlier in July 2023. Welcoming was great as we were taken care of right upon our arrival, making us feel very special, we sat down, got a drink and a small snack while going through how the hotel works and so on. Hotel is great, cose to the beach, quiet with a car park right behind it. Breakfast and dinner were, how can I say, simply amazing with a variety of choice, fresh food, cooked meal, healthy option too if needed, all this nicely prepared by the kitchen staff. All the staff were very nice during our entire stay, this helped us relax and felt confortable to enjoy our family vacation. The pool and the Chest game are a plus

It is in a super quiet surrounding, still 2 minutes from the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast served was varied and plentiful. There's a rooftop swimming pool which has a nice view of the sea as well (although we didn't use, just went to have a look). Spacious room, comfortable bed. Thanks

The view from the villa was breathtaking, the villa itself was very comfortable & well equipped - the bedrooms were all lovely & spacious, it was very clean throughout & there was a lot of space inside & outside - the top balcony was especially wonderful to have breakfast on & watch storms out at sea during our stay! Short walk into Kerames village to a well stocked mini-market & the excellent & very friendly taverna in the centre - amazing food & generous post-dinner raki! George was really helpful & quick to respond to any query we had.

Very confortable accommodation, good breakfast, nice additions (eg bikes for looking around town). The location is very beautiful. There is also a very good taverna in the village (Apsida), that we really enjoyed.

The hotel is great. The architecture of this place is mind-blowing, the rooms are very pretty, the pools are clean and offerring a pleasant swim, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff is really nice. The fact that the hotel is right by the beach and that you can lie on the beach and go swim in the pool at the same time sets this hotel apart from most hotels in the Rethymno city. Another great thing about the location of the hotel is that you can walk to the nearby tavernas for lunch or dinner or to the city centre (it's a 35-minutes walk to the old town). We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. We also liked the "adults-only" atmosphere - it was very peaceful at the pools and the beach. The hotel and the whole city also feels very safe and there is nobody who would disturb you at the beach (as it is common on some other touristic places).
