Accessible Hotels in Methoni

Afentiko Pigadi is a really nice resort worth recommending. The house we've rented was in a very good condition and spacious enough to host our family of 4. We loved the host (Marios) and hospitality given during our stay. There is a nice common area with swimming pool and bar open to use if/when necessary. I would definitely recommend this place to stay for easy going vacation in this area of Greece.

This is a fantastic property, a family enterprise managed with the heart by Katerina. We are very picky on cleanliness and this property is super clean, disinfected, towels superb, room spacious, it could take 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast was included and very good. Katerina was very helpful with ourmany queries. The sandy beach across the road is vast, the waters very clean and suitable for children. Spectacular views on the 3 islands across. No noise from the road because of good windows. This place is ideal for people who need to rest, enjoy the ocean, go snorkeling, rent a boat in Methoni to the islands. Sunbeds and drinks are available on either side of this big beach.

What a wonderful place and hosts, my family were really happy and sad to leave, we had a middle sized room with two extra sofas, that was fine as we was out all of the time, the kids ( twins 9) slept well and were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy , no bad smells or things not working, the shower is very powerful, but it takes time for the hot water to arrive. We had a simply Fantastic view over the town, worth staying here just for that. Nice balcony where you can sit out and have a glass of wine. Swimming pool was bigger than I expected and was hard to get the kids to come out, there is also a small kids playground there for babies and middle aged kids, again mine went before breakfast and all you could here was laughing. Great value for money and 100% we will go again as we only live 90 mins away. I read all of the previous comments and would like to help other guests. There are only 2 dirt tracks to this place, one is fine another I would not attempt. I understand why people have had problems here as The navigator cannot find a way to get to the hotel as obviously Google has not been on these small roads, you will get lost. So to make it simple, coming from the Kalamata direction take the first turn on the first roundabout, this will take on a normal road which winds and turns, after a while you will go past Panorama hotel, keep driving for I guess 300 metres , do not turn left keep straight. Then there will be a building materials place on the right. keep going straight but slow down. On the Left you will see a small concrete block wall, at the the end of that wall you go down the Dirt track. there is a really tiny sign on the pole there, easy to miss. Its about 400 metres down the track then up a sharp incline and you are there. hope that helps. We had a fabulous breakfast, but its a Greek breakfast , so Dakos, different pies and cakes, jams, honey etc, very tasty yoghurt that you need to ask for. there no cheese or meat etc as its a Greek thing.

It’s in a very good location for visiting various beaches. The Villa is kept spotlessly clean and the garden is very well maintained. The morning starts with homemade breakfast hot from the oven with fresh eggs, fruit and vegetables. Unforgettable!!

Excellent location, amazing staff, great attention to detail!

The place is modern, fresh, new, clean, spacious. On the main road, very comfortable, no problems with sound. Views amazing. We found all we needed inside. White linen. City, beavh 2-3mins by car. The best placed we stayed in Peloponese in the range of 100-150 Eur/night.

Very central with good amenities and ideal if you are on water sports and the wind conditions are good. Grass on the ground to wash and dry equipment, had a great time wing foiling

Exceptional service, diverse selection of pools (the kids loved them), delicious food, the area around the “Agora”, great selection of outdoor activities — everything exceeded our expectations and left us impressed!
