The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.

The building was very well situated and it was easy to park either in the building or at the front road. We had a smooth check in due to host instructions. There were a lot of good restaurants, café nearby. The host was responsible and responded on time to me. I hope we come again!
